Continuing Education training and certification by American Institute of Inspectors is obtained not only through classroom training, but also onsite, field testing.
Through Continuing Education training offered by American Institute of Inspectors, including both classroom training and field testing, this certification qualifies KML Inspections to perform Title 25 Inspections as required by the State of California.
Modular buildings bring their own peculiarites. This certification qualifies our inspector to evaluate modular structures for the serviceability and durability of their systems and structure. In the event that a Title 25 Inspection is desired, this, too, can be performed by KML Inspections.
